Status: Floodwaters - ALERT MODE

Due to this weeks precipitation forecast in the greater Montreal area, the Village of Senneville is continuously monitoring the situation of the l’Anse-à-l’Orme river and the Lac des Deux-Montagnes.

Presently, water levels and water flows are higher than usual and above its minor flood threshold. We invite citizens to remain vigilant and to be prepared to take action. In case of an emergency, we invite you to contact 514 630-1234 or 911.

According to the Direction de l'expertise hydrique of the Ministère du Développement durable, Environnement et Lutte contre les changements climatiques and Hydro-Québec, if long-term precipitation forecasts are confirmed, the peak water level will be attained on Friday.
