Valuation role
The new assessment roll was deposited on September 11th, 2019, for the fiscal years 2020-2021-2022. The assessment roll is the inventory of all the properties on the territory, indicating their quantity, their characteristics and their actual value or fair market value (most probable sale price in a free and open market). The value of each property is entered on the assessment roll. The «Direction de l'évaluation foncière» of the City of Montreal prepares the valuation rolls for all municipalities on the Island of Montreal.
