Information Session: Property Assessment Roles 2020-2021-2022

In the interest of transparency and always better communicating with citizens, the City of Montreal is organizing this citizen information session to explain the property assessment role (the process of making and updating, how the value of a building is determined, etc.). The presentation will be followed by a question and answer period, if applicable.

It should be noted that the most recent assessment rolls were filed on September 11, 2019 for the 16 related cities in the Montreal agglomeration. They will be effective from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022.
